Exchange, but it's a good ring

Ring is slightly darker than the image on the website portrays. If you don't mind a very dull shade of gray, this is the perfect ring for you. I exchange for a Titanium ring that was brighter. Weight of the ring wasn't a problem. TK's service is simply amazing! They should write a book on how they adhere to such outstanding service practices and give a free copy to all large enterprises who just can't get it right.
